Most tools tell you the upload finished. Hogshare tells you who opened it, when they downloaded it, from where, and whether the bytes they received are still the bytes you sent.

Computed from the bytes we actually stored, not from the name or the size. Ask again in a year and Hogshare re-reads the file and compares. If one byte moved, the certificate says so instead of saying “verified”.
The thing email cannot do
Email gives you 25 megabytes.
So the video goes to WhatsApp, which re-compresses it, or it gets split into a zip in four parts, or it simply never gets sent. Hogshare takes the file whole, hands back a sixteen-character link, and that link is what travels.

What “verified” is allowed to mean here
A certificate that can say no
A verification badge that always says yes is a graphic, not a check. Hogshare re-reads the stored file and compares it to the digest recorded at delivery, so the certificate has four honest answers, and only one of them is a tick.
Matches
The file we hold today hashes to the digest bound at delivery. This is the only state that shows a tick.
No longer matches
Something changed after delivery. The certificate says so plainly and keeps both digests side by side.
Not retained
The link expired and the bytes were deleted on schedule. The record of the delivery survives; the file does not.
Pending
The digest has not been computed yet. We would rather show you a spinner than a tick we cannot stand behind.

Set the rules before it leaves
Password, one-time email code, expiry date, download limit, view-only. Every rule is enforced on the server, not hinted at in the interface.
Watch it land
Opened, downloaded, by whom, from where, how many times. Revoke the link mid-flight and the next attempt fails.
Keep the certificate
A signed PDF with the timeline and the digest, exportable, shareable, and re-checkable long after the conversation.

Your files never train a model
Not ours, not anyone else’s, and not with the setting buried off by default. AI features run only on a document you point them at, one at a time.
Every file is scanned before it is served
Not on upload alone. A download is refused if the scan has not run or the scanner is unreachable, so a malware check can never fail open.
A one-time link is used once
The limit is claimed in a single database write, so two people clicking at the same instant cannot both get through. We tested it with twenty.
Expiry means deleted, not hidden
When a link expires the stored bytes are removed and the storage is credited back to you. The certificate and the access log stay.

The one that works when the internet does not
Two devices on the same network, a scanned code, and a direct channel between them. Useful in a site office, a rural clinic, a courtroom, or anywhere the upload bar has been at 4% for ten minutes.
