Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. If Hogshare materially failed to deliver a paid capability during a cycle, contact us within 30 days and we will refund or credit that cycle. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of first purchase get a full refund if usage has been incidental.

Pay purchases

Each product page shows the seller's refund terms before you buy. Digital files that have been downloaded are generally refundable only where the file is materially not as described, corrupted, or infringing. Where a seller is unresponsive to a fair claim, escalate through the contact page; we can refund at our discretion and recover from the seller.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 business days after we issue the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under consumer protection law in your country or province.
