Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Hogshare Inc., a brand of Bolrach Technologies Limited, collects, why, and what control you have. The short version: we collect what the service needs to move your files safely and prove delivery, and nothing you upload is used to train AI unless you explicitly allow it.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, sign-in method, plan), the files and metadata you upload, transfer records (who a link was sent to, when it was opened and downloaded, IP-derived location and device summary for the access log), payment records for paid plans and Pay, and technical logs that keep the platform secure.
Why we collect it
To run the product you asked for: storing and delivering files, enforcing passwords, OTP and expiry, building the access timeline behind each delivery certificate, detecting abuse and malware, billing, and support. Access-log details exist because proof of delivery is the product; they are shown to the sender of the transfer.
AUTHVIO sign-in
If you sign in with AUTHVIO we receive your verified identity claims (subject, email, name), never your password or raw identity documents. Hogshare keeps its own session and its own account record linked to that identity.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not read your files except as automated processing you asked for (safety scanning, previews, optional AI features) or where the law compels us. Private files never train AI models without your explicit opt-in, and organization admins can switch AI features off entirely.
Storage and retention
Files live in encrypted object storage (Cloudflare R2). Expired or deleted transfers have their bytes removed on the auto-delete schedule; certificates and access logs persist as transfer records. Account data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, except records retained for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, PIPEDA, and similar laws), you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Use the settings pages first; for anything else, reach us via the contact page and we will respond within the legal timelines.
Processors and transfers
We use a small set of infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, email delivery, payments) under data processing agreements. Where data crosses borders we rely on recognized safeguards.
