Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hogshare Inc., a brand of Bolrach Technologies Limited ("Hogshare", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using hogshare.com you accept them. If you use Hogshare for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization to these terms.

1. The service

Hogshare is a secure file movement platform: sending files (Drop), collecting files (Request), collaborating on files (Rooms), storing documents (Vault), transferring device to device (Nearby), selling digital files (Pay), and proving delivery (Proof). Features vary by plan and may change as the product evolves. We will not remove a paid capability mid-cycle without a refund or an equivalent.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is available natively or through AUTHVIO; either way, our session rules, rate limits, and security controls apply.

3. Your content

Files you upload stay yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, transmit, scan, back up, and deliver them as you direct. We never sell your content, and we never use your private files to train AI unless you explicitly enable an AI feature for them. Deleting a file removes the stored bytes on the schedule shown in the product; delivery certificates and access logs may be retained as records of transfers that already happened.

4. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use policy is part of these terms. In short: no malware, no illegal content, no infringing distribution, no harassment, no attempts to break or overload the platform. We scan uploads for safety and may block, quarantine, or remove content and accounts that put other users at risk.

5. Paid plans and Pay

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep the plan until the end of the paid period. Pay creators are responsible for the content they sell, for honoring their own refund terms, and for their taxes. We may withhold payouts where fraud or abuse is suspected, and the Refunds policy governs buyer refunds.

6. Availability and data

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Keep copies of files that are critical to you. Where a transfer link has expired or been revoked, the bytes may be gone permanently; the certificate remains as proof the transfer happened.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, create legal risk, or remain unpaid, giving notice where the law requires. On closure we delete stored files on our published schedule, except records we must keep by law.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Hogshare is provided "as is", our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
