Hogshare moves files that matter, and that only works if the platform stays safe. This policy applies to every account, link, room, upload page, and product.
Malware, spyware, or anything designed to damage devices or steal data. Content that is illegal where you or your recipients are, including child sexual abuse material (reported to authorities without exception), terrorist content, and sales of illegal goods. Content that infringes copyright or trademarks you do not hold. Doxxing, harassment campaigns, or intimate images shared without consent. Phishing pages, fraud kits, or deceptive impersonation of any person or brand.
No probing, scanning, or attacking the service; no attempts to bypass access controls, quotas, or safety scanning; no reselling of free accounts; no automated bulk account creation. Executables are blocked on free accounts and known-bad file hashes are blocked everywhere.
Sell only what you have the right to sell. No stolen assets, no license-key resale you are not authorized for, no deceptive product descriptions. Repeated buyer complaints lead to delisting and payout holds.
We act on reports and on our own detection: quarantining files, disabling links, removing content, suspending accounts, and blocking hashes platform-wide. Where the law requires, we notify and cooperate with authorities. Appeals go through the contact page and reach a human.
Anyone can report a file, link, or account, signed in or not. Use the report button on the content or the abuse door on the contact page. Good-faith reports are always welcome.
